At Sajadeh Studios, we believe shopping should be simple and stress-free.
We offer a 50% partial refund for the following issues:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Item received is significantly different from what was described
To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Refunds are not available for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

At Sajadeh Studios, we're committed to reducing unnecessary waste. Rather than having items shipped back — adding to packaging waste and carbon emissions — we simply let you keep it. It's better for the planet, and easier for you.
How it works:
- Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We'll review and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days
- Your 50% refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
